Melinda got into work. Today she was going to do a review of the staff on an individual basis based on certain statistics and data. Before that she thought of taking a round around the office. When she entered the office where her staff worked, she saw two employees talking about the Flickr limits. She heard their conversation and asked them to complete their work. She wanted to see some files and reports right away and they both hadn't worked on it. She gave them a firing and asked them to complete it as soon as possible. She made sure that other employee's in the office also got the message loud and clear. She did not like people avoiding work and causing delays in producing the end result. Everyone around began to focus on their work and continued to do so even after she left the floor and went into her cabin. She began to prepare her report. This was going to be a critical analysis and she was not going to be lenient with anyone.
